Membership & Package Auto-Renewal Policy

All memberships and packages purchased online are set to AUTO-RENEW by default. If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, you must do so by adjusting your settings in your profile or contacting us directly. You may also choose to turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account. Once a membership has renewed, NO REFUNDS will be issued. However, we can provide a credit to your account for future use.
