Biography

Austin is a passionate and dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with over four years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and certifications including NSCA-CSCS and ACE-CPT, Austin specializes in creating tailored training programs that optimize athletic performance.

 

Austin emphasizes a coaching philosophy that integrates the biomechanical, physiological, and injury prevention needs analysis of each athlete. His programs focus on enhancing movement efficiency, developing sport-specific strength, and ensuring safe and proper movement throughout all training phases. Austin’s approach is rooted in the principles of Dynamic Correspondence, ensuring that each program is customized to align with the athlete’s unique sport and individual needs.

 

Austin’s experience as a defensive end at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he played for two years in the South Atlantic Conference, gives him a unique perspective on the demands of competitive sports. This background shaped his approach to training, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and resilience, all of which he instills in the athletes he coaches.

 

Whether leading group sessions or providing one-on-one coaching, Austin brings energy, enthusiasm, and a focus on progressive overload to maximize results. He is committed to advancing his knowledge in sports performance while helping athletes reach their full potential through a holistic, well-rounded approach to training and development.
