If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, we will credit your balance towards any other program or service we offer at MooreSports Performance. This credit is valid for one year from the date of cancellation and is non transferable. Please note that this policy applies only to camps and clinics offered by MooreSports Performance. Third-party programs or events hosted at our facility may have their own refund policies.

The Junior Speed & Agility program is specifically designed to introduce young athletes to the speed and agility world. The ages of this program are essential to the development of the child, where they create their foundations for movement and build habits that will grow with them throughout their lives. The training offered at this age group is fun, knowledge packed in addition to positively reinforced. Here we are teaching the fundamentals of speed and agility such as proper running form, how to control their body movements in different situations, and learning how to properly balance and use their body for specific situations. Kids here also start building team communication skills, learn how to positively interact with teammates, along with developing friendships.

Our Competitive Speed & Agility Program is our second level class of speed and agility. At this level, athletes have the fundamentals embedded in their muscles from participating in the junior program, so in the competitive drop-in class, we are taking that foundation and building on it with more complex and intense drills. Here these athletes will work on refining their movements, mobility, strength, speed, and power to bring back to their teams through competitive drills for developing and maintaining muscle memory. These ages are entering their teen years and here they will learn more of how to work together as one team and use higher brain capacity to accommodate for more these higher-level drills.
