Biography

Raised in the small town of Eclectic, Alabama, Ben Grubbs played both football and basketball in high school. After having a successful high school career in football, he earned a scholarship to Auburn University where he eventually became a 3-year starter at Offensive Guard. During his stint at Guard, he played over 2,500 snaps while only allowing 3 sacks and 7 QB pressures. His performance earned him the #1 Offensive Guard rating his senior year, All-American Honors, and the chance to become a first-round draft pick for the Baltimore Ravens in 2007. Over the course of his 9-year career, he has started in 11 playoff games, 2 AFC Championships, and has been selected to 2 Pro-Bowls. After much success, Ben was forced to retire in 2015 due to a neck injury. Now he has devoted his time to passing along the blueprint of success to other athletes.
